SbookLM is a personalized knowledge storage and organization system that allows you to classify user data into specialized collections by topic group or usage purpose.

Technical mechanism: The storage system is clearly separated into partitions for files, web links, multimedia (audio, images, video), and external databases to optimize information management and retrieval.
Data state management: The system maintains real-time freshness by automatically scanning and updating embeddings for each collection every 5 minutes while the user is active. Processing is flexibly categorized: fully encoding when new data is added, updating only changed segments when content is edited, and immediately deleting embeddings when items are removed from the collection.
Knowledge synchronization: Files and links in SbookLM are managed as intelligent lists, supporting name-based search and transparently showing the ingestion status of each item into the Agent's memory.
